• Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay, YooKassa -soon to be added). We do not store your full credit card numbers.
• Social Share Data: URLs of social media posts submitted for the social discount program.
• Usage Data: Browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction patterns collected automatically.

• To provide and maintain our subscription tracking service.
• To process payments and manage your account plan.

Your data is stored in encrypted databases. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a minimum of 12 salt rounds. All API communications are secured with JWT authentication. We implement industry-standard security measures including rate limiting, input validation, and parameterised database queries to protect against common vulnerabilities.

We use the following third-party services:

• Payment Processors: Stripe and Razorpay for handling payments.
• Analytics: For understanding how visitors use our website.
• Translate: For providing multi-language support.

We use local storage and cookies to:

• Keep you logged in (authentication tokens).
• Remember your theme preference. Please note the interface or theme change can be done manually from the top right hand side of the webpage next to the language tranlsation button!
• Store language settings for translation.

• Export your subscription data yourself manually.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and subscription records are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Please note your password pin is only known by you at any time and not visible to our staff

9. Children's Privacy

Subscription Tracker is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
