1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Subscription Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Subscription Tracker is a subscription tracking and business management application that helps users monitor recurring payments, manage finances, generate invoices, and organize business operations from a unified dashboard.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Plans and Pricing

• Trial: 14-day free trial with access to core features. No credit card required.
• Starter: Paid plan with enhanced features and higher subscription limits.
• Pro: Full-featured plan with unlimited subscriptions, business tools, and priority support.
• Lifetime: One-time payment for permanent access to all Pro features.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

5. Social Discount Program

Users may receive a discount by sharing Subscription Tracker on social media platforms. Requirements:

• Submit links to posts on at least 3 different social platforms.
• Posts must be genuine, public, and mention or link to Subscription Tracker.
• Posts are reviewed by our team and must be approved to qualify.
• The discount applies as long as posts remain publicly visible.
• We reserve the right to revoke discounts if posts are removed or found to be fraudulent.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Stripe, Razorpay, or YooKassa depending on your region and preference.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of a charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Upload malicious code, scripts, or content.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you enter into Subscription Tracker. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
• Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

Subscription Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on information displayed in the application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
